Minuteman National Park

Tower’s 3rd grade students’ visit to the Minuteman National Park was a great opportunity to combine their studies of Massachusetts history, and National Parks. Their Top 10 reasons to visit Minuteman National Park are as follows:

10. The cool map inside the visitor center where you could press a button and it would light up.
9. Going on the bridge that goes over the Concord River was interesting.
8. It was cool crossing the Old North Bridge and learning about what happened there.
7. Walking on the long paths and seeing the garden that was beautiful.
6. Watching a movie about the Revolutionary War.
5. Matt in a Redcoat uniform.
4. Pretending to be a militia.
3. Marching in twos was pretty fun.
2. Saying the commands to have the ranger fire the gun.
1. My favorite part was being there!
